Shuttlebee operates as a marketplace connecting transportation operators with clients. We do not directly provide transportation services.
2. Operator Obligations
Operators must maintain all required licenses, permits, and insurance coverage. Operators are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
3. Account Termination
Shuttlebee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, safety concerns, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
Shuttlebee's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for incidents occurring during transportation services provided by operators.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
